Security Officer

Overview

At E.K.G Security, Inc., we keep our clients  properties secure and people safe on site. Our Brunswick, GA team is hiring full-time Security Officers who are attentive, vigilant, and driven to protect and serve others. Experience in the armed forces, law enforcement, or a similarly high-caliber sector is a plus.

• Actively patrol the property and monitor for suspicious activity
• Maintain strict access control, monitor movements, and effectively use equipment
• Remain present and visible at all times, greeting staff, guests, and vendors
• Immediately respond to distress calls and alarms for disorderly conduct, disruptive people, and emergency situations
• Coordinate with other officers to fully cover and protect the property

Has:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Customer service experience
• Valid driver s license
• Attention to detail
• Impeccable character and high levels of integrity

Can:

• Quickly assess and evaluate situations
• Use computers and learn new software/systems
• Answer phones and operate a 2-way radio
• Walk up and down stairs, carry up to 50 lbs., and sit/stand for extended periods

You must be at least 18 years old! Security experience is a bonus but not required for this entry-level role.
