Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or driver information as directed by site procedures, and support the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries;
Communicate with employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors regarding site rules, reportable issues, and/or directions for restricted or controlled areas
