Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, and parking locations while following post orders and reporting security-related issues, hazards, and maintenance concerns;
Ensure adherence to post orders and uphold site security and safety protocols
