Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to post instructions;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout loading areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity and/or operational concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, deliveries, and/or vehicle traffic to help support orderly site operations and document security-related events as needed;
Communicate with site contacts, drivers, and/or emergency responders when appropriate to help address issues, relay information, and support emergency response activities
