Class A Flatbed Drivers Will Train Securement Home Weekends (Full Time)

Looking for Class A drivers that have flatbed experience and those that need training in flatbed securement. Drivers get home every weekend while averaging $1400-$1600/WK along with full benefits. Riders and pets are welcome at no charge from day one.

• Whether you are experienced or a flatbed trainee, all drivers start at 27% of the load. Drivers average $1450-$1600/WK.
• Drivers will run Mon‑Fri/Sat and receive a minimum of 34 hours for rest each week.
• Full benefits start on the first of the month after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and more.
• If you would like to bring a pet or rider, they are welcome at no charge from day one (unless you go through training, then they are welcome after you receive a truck).
• Experienced drivers:
  If you qualify as an experienced flatbed driver and have five jobs or fewer in the last 3 years, a $5,000 bonus is paid ($1,500 upon your first load dropped, $1,500 at 180 days, and $2,000 at one year).
• Trucks no more than three years old are assigned to the driver. Currently assigned to drivers are Cascadias and T680s, all automatic. Trucks may be taken home.

• To qualify as an experienced flatbed driver you must have either:
  • One full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in any type of trailer 48 or longer, with at least 6 months of that being verifiable Class A regional or OTR flatbed in the last three years.
  • 9 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional flatbed experience in the last three years.
• To qualify to train to learn flatbed you must have one full year of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last three years.
• No more than 6 Class A driving jobs in the last three years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years. If you have a major moving violation you may not have any other moving violations in the last three years.
• May have one DOT preventable recordable accident in the year, as long as there is no fatality or injury.
• May not have been terminated from the most recent job for safety.
• No felonies in the last seven years and may not have any pending charges.
• No misdemeanors in the last three years.
