Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Brunswick, GA

Pay Range: $16 per hour

Shift: 10:00 am - 7:15 pm, Monday through Friday

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical support industry, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Read and interpret job instructions and shipping labels accurately
• Use scanners to pick and pack pharmaceutical products efficiently
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of items for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Warehouse Software: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Equipment Operation: Certifications or experience with forklifts/pallet jacks are a big plus.
• Inventory & Operations: Basic knowledge of receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Computer Literacy: Ability to handle digital tasks and data entry.
• Reliability & Work Ethic: Punctuality, dependability, and willingness to do physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to read and follow instructions carefully
• Experience with scanners is preferred
• Must be able to wear appropriate attire: long pants or jeans, plain t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes
• Ability to pass oral stat drug screening and background check
