KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Brunswick, ME looking to add a Senior AR Specialist. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately and must live in Maine.
Responsibilities- Prepare, process, and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Request and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance
- Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on past‑due accounts to support timely collections
- Perform month‑end accounts receivable reconciliations and assist with closing activities
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Compensation:
Up to $32/HR depending on experience
