KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in Brunswick, ME, looking to add an Accounting Operations Coordinator to the team! This role will be focused in accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and assisting with the month-end close.
Responsibilities- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Making collections calls on past-due accounts
- Reconciling adjustments to invoices
- Assist with audit preparation
- Processing customer billings
- Working with vendors
- Ad hoc projects
- Reconciling company accounts
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using an ERP system such as Intacct, Net Suite, or Dynamics
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Compensation: $25-35/HR DOE
