Admissions Events & Operations Coordinator
Reports directly to the Admissions Operations Manager and plays a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the Admissions Office, combining exceptional customer service with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Responsibilities- Support and coordinate events, programs, and operational functions of the Division using the admissions CRM (Slate).
- Provide logistical planning, act as a cross‑campus liaison, and manage materials and mailings.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Recruit, train, and supervise student workers.
- Support a range of administrative projects that keep the office running efficiently.
The compensation range for this position is $ per hour.

- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and the proven ability and initiative to learn technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, coordinate projects efficiently, and maintain accurate and organized data.
- Flexibility and solutions‑oriented mindset with a creative approach to serving varied stakeholder groups.
- Ability to anticipate future needs, prioritize effectively, and drive work forward independently.
- Two years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an academic setting.
- Experience in reception and/or event coordination highly preferred.
This full‑time, on‑site position (0.94 FTE) requires working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
