Oasis Free Clinics is seeking an Administrative Specialist III to join their team! This is a forward-facing role with an opportunity to interact with patients regularly. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy and a true interest for interacting with patients while providing the highest level of care. The position does require a keen ability with various IT platforms and the ability to multi-task.
Summary:
This position consists of 32 hours per week, day shifts
- Monday-Thursday with some flexibility.
The Administrative Specialist III role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the assigned department and administrative operations for more than one executive while working closely with management and departmental staff, preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; making travel arrangements; managing schedules and calendars, administering budgets, and performs other similar activities.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)High School diploma or GED preferred.
Certifications:
N/A
Four years of experience in an administrative support role required.
Required:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

The pay range for this position is $23.38to $31.63 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
