Used Car Technician

Goodwin Motor Group is seeking a skilled Used Car Technician to join our family-owned dealership group in Maine. In this role, you'll inspect, diagnose, and repair pre-owned vehicles across multiple brands, ensuring they meet our high standards for safety, reliability, and performance. Working in a fast-paced shop with a collaborative, customer-first team, you'll perform multipoint inspections, mechanical and electrical repairs, and reconditioning work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose used vehicles for safety, performance, and reliability issues
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, maintenance, and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
• Complete multipoint inspections and repair orders accurately and on time
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to prioritize work and order parts
• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines in all repair work
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and care for tools and equipment
• Support a customer-first culture through quality workmanship and professionalism
