Overview
You're already good at the part that matters most: sitting across from a family, making a complicated retirement decision clear, and asking for the business when the recommendation is right.
What you may be tired of is spending too much of your week trying to manufacture the next conversation.
At Northern Alliance Financial, we've built the demand engine so you can focus on the work only a strong advisor can do. Our television and radio programs, seminars and workshops, and digital marketing bring retirement-minded households into the firm. Our support team carries out planning and case preparation, onboarding, scheduling, and compliance support.
You lead the relationship from discovery through decision, implementation, retention, and growth.
The driver for this new hire is growth; the opportunity in front of us is larger than our current advisor bench can serve, and has been for some time.
What you ownYour week will center on discovery meetings, clear recommendations, direct but respectful closing conversations, disciplined follow-up, CRM documentation, and implementation accountability. You ll also participate in the seminars, workshops, and live events that help create the calendar.
You don t need to bring a portable book, make cold calls, or build a pipeline from zero.
The work is comprehensive and client-first. Depending on the household, your recommendations may include fee-based investment management, fixed-indexed annuities, life insurance, and retirement income strategies. You should be able to evaluate every appropriate solution category without forcing a product or reflexively dismissing one. Advisory services are delivered through our SEC-registered RIA.
The fitThis is a closing seat for an advisor who loves planning — not a service or planning role. The right person can build trust quickly with pre-retirees and retirees, explain tradeoffs in plain language, handle objections without pressure, and ask clearly for the business when the recommendation is right.
You ll thrive here if you want to work the Bath/Brunswick market in person, follow a repeatable sales and planning process, keep clean records, and remain accountable for the promises made after the client says yes. The seat rewards an advisor who wants growth and the chance to build relationships with new clients as quickly as possible.
Requirements- An active life insurance license
- Full-cycle prospect-meeting ownership and verifiable net-new production — funded households or conversion results you personally drove
- Experience with seminars, workshops, or media-generated prospects and deeper retirement-income planning is valuable
- An advanced planning credential is a plus, not a requirement
Working total earnings in year one vary by advisor; they can range from $150,000 to $300,000 or more
. We offer a very strong, negotiable base salary, plus a meaningful percentage of the revenue you generate. It is not commission-only, and we have flexibility for a proven, high-quality match.
If your best work happens in live conversations — when a family needs clarity, confidence, and a direct next step — and you want a platform that creates demand and supports the execution around you, we'd like to hear from you.
