Commercial Construction Laborer to work on projects in the Brunswick, Maine area.
Responsibilities- Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards
- Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications
- Erect or dismantle scaffolding, shoring, braces, traffic barricades, ramps, or other temporary structures
- Demolition experience a plus
The ideal candidate has a 10-hour OSHA certificate. At least one year of construction experience. Commercial demolition experience is a plus. Must be reliable, have transportation and be able to work independently. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and focus on safety and quality is required.
Pay is $20-$25 based on experience, background, and references.
