Allegiance Group in Maine is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our preconstruction team. You will deliver accurate estimates for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across New England, guiding budgets from early concept through bid.
Partner with Project Managers and senior leadership on $10M–$100M projects, develop cost plans, perform quantity take-offs, analyze subcontractor pricing and identify value engineering opportunities to support delivery and growth.
