Customer Service Representative job at Dog House. Brunswick, ME. Full-time Customer Service Representative Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? Do you thrive in a team atmosphere? Well, we have a job for you at Dog House! We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 3. You will be cross‑trained as a customer service representative and dispatcher.
Responsibilities- Making sure customers are taken care of each day
- Provide the absolute best customer service experience to our customers
- Answer phones
- Return customer calls
- Outbound calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Working with technicians by assisting with dispatch duties
- Administrative tasks

Requirements- No previous experience is necessary
- Outgoing personality
- Must enjoy speaking on the phone
