Well, we have a job for you at Dog House! We are looking for a full-time, top-level CSR to join our office staff of 3. You will be cross‑trained as a customer service representative and dispatcher.

Responsibilities
  • Making sure customers are taken care of each day
  • Provide the absolute best customer service experience to our customers
  • Answer phones
  • Return customer calls
  • Outbound calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Working with technicians by assisting with dispatch duties
  • Administrative tasks

Requirements
  • No previous experience is necessary
  • Outgoing personality
  • Must enjoy speaking on the phone

  • Extremely organized and can juggle multiple tasks

  • Experienced in Microsoft 365
  • Administrative experience
  • Be in the on‑call rotation for after‑hours calls
Helpful Experience To Have
  • Working in a call center, sales, or any other position of being on the phone all day assisting customers
  • Background in the HVAC and/or plumbing industry
