Maine Health Cancer Care is seeking a Hematologist to join the Division of Hematology and Medical Oncology at its Brunswick location. The Maine Health Brunswick Practice is located in Brunswick Maine, a family-friendly town that is the home of Bowdoin College and is ideally situated on the scenic coastline of Casco Bay. Brunswick has outstanding schools, a thriving arts and dining scene, and is within easy driving distance of Portland, Maine.
The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues in an established hematology/oncology practice affiliated with Mid Coast Hospital, an integral part of the Maine Health Cancer Care Network. Hematologists within the practice evaluate and treat patients with a range of benign and malignant hematologic conditions and are supported by subspecialists throughout the Maine Health system. Participation in system-wide multidisciplinary subspecialty tumor boards is encouraged, and a 1 day/week subspecialty clinic at the primary Maine Health Cancer Center campus in Scarborough/Portland is available for candidates with subspecialty interest.
