Bowdoin College Children’s Center is seeking an Educator to work within a dynamic team providing quality care to children aged birth to 8 years. This position emphasizes safety, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate curriculum in a professional atmosphere.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree in early childhood education, with a minimum of two years' experience in an accredited program. Responsibilities include ensuring children’s well-being and supporting the Center’s mission through collaborative practices.
The position offers a pay rate of $22-$23 per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, vacation, and a retirement plan.
