Brunswick's Special Education Department seeks self-contained behavior technicians for the 26-27 school year. Students in our programs have a wide variety of academic, functional, and developmental needs that must be addressed in ways that foster student development and growth. Successful candidates will collaborate with team members to manage students’ programs, demonstrate creativity and flexibility to support students’ challenging behaviors, support students in regular and special education settings (virtual or in person) in small groups or 1:1, implement students’ IEPs and behavior plans, support students’ unique needs as appropriate, and provide support on Special Education transportation.

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred
• Ed Tech Authorization through the Maine Department of Education
• Maine Criminal History Records Check
