Molnlycke Healthcare is seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Financial Controller to join our finance team in Maine! This individual contributor role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys analytical depth, visibility across functions, and working in a complex global environment.

What You’ll DoFinancial Performance & Analysis
- Analyze operational and financial results using deviation based methodologies (labor absorption, standard vs. actual, material variances, etc.).
- Perform monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and site performance reviews.
- Maintain high accuracy in SAP reporting, cost center analysis, and site‑level financial data integrity.
- Partner daily with the site Business Controller and provide financial decision support to manufacturing leadership, engineering, and project teams.
- Provide financial inputs for capital investment cases and strategic initiatives.
- Support global finance interactions, including preparation of materials for EU‑based leadership.
- Serve as a finance stakeholder for Capital Expansion Projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, and project controls.
- Support cross‑functional teams with scenario modeling, cost analysis, and financial implications for operational changes.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities; recommend process and reporting improvements.
- Contribute to enhancing data accuracy, performance tracking, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with global finance counterparts to align on best practices and reporting standards.
Work/Life Balance
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (flexible within policy).
- Primary work location:
Brunswick, ME; occasional presence in Wiscasset may be required. - High interaction with global teams across Europe.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, especially standard costing.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience working within an ERP system, ideally SAP.
- Strong analytical skills, comfort working with complex datasets, and experience performing deep variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and partnership skills; ability to present financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working within a global company or matrix environment.
- Exposure to capital investment analysis and large‑scale project support.
- Master’s degree or relevant advanced certification (MBA, CMA, CPA).
