• The Interim Hospice Manager will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations pertaining to in-home patient services.
• Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), this leader will oversee a team of 25+ FTEs.
• This leader will diligently uphold operational standards, provide essential support to staff in managing patient care, team continuity, improvement of team collaboration, and actively evaluate the department for areas ripe for enhancement.
• Ideal candidates will need to have strong leadership skills, and even stronger hospice experience. Must be a team/relationship builder.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is preferred.
• Active ME and/or compact RN license is required.

• Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
