Clinical Pharmacist - Inpatient

Seeking a per diem Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to cover rotating evening shifts until 9pm (8pm on weekends). The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
