Resident Care Associate (CNA or PSS)
Shifts Include 6:45AM - 3:15PM & 2:45PM or 11:15PM (4 Hour and 8 Hour shifts available)Sign on Bonus $2,000 for Full Time and $1,000 for Part Time (Per Diem not eligible).

Job Summary
Join us in ensuring our residents receive attentive care through essential assistance in their daily activities. Your role involves helping with personal care, serving meals, managing laundry, engaging in meaningful conversations, and promptly addressing resident needs.
Responsibilities:- Help residents with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Serve meals and ensure residents receive the right nutrition, following dietary guidelines and preferences.
- Manage laundry efficiently to maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents.
- Address residents' needs quickly and with empathy, demonstrating attentive care.
- Collaborate with other care professionals to support an effective care team.
- Document observations and updates on residents' conditions for accurate record-keeping.
- Follow safety rules and infection control measures to protect resident health.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to continually improve caregiving skills.
- Successful completion of the state competency exam for CNA certification or PSS certification (certification support provided).
- Ability to move and assist residents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being.
- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs.
- Ability to work well with healthcare professionals as part of the Wellness team.
- Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality of resident information.
