About The Role
At Amergis, we're excited to find an Ed Tech III to join our behavior program for elementary students.
As an Educational Technician 3, you'll help implement behavioral intervention plans. You'll work closely with children and adults with special needs, collaborating with school professionals and behavioral specialists to achieve great learning and behavioral goals. You'll also support the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic services designed by a supervisor.
Minimum Requirements- Valid Ed Tech 3:
From the Maine Department of Education or a willingness to obtain it. - Experience:
One year of relevant experience preferred. - Education:
Associate's degree in behavioral studies or a related field preferred. - Professional Standards:
Complies with all relevant standards of practice. - CPR Certification:
Current CPR if applicable. - Health Requirements: TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable.
- Health Certificate:
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). - Compliance:
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. - Age:
Must be at least 18 years old.
