The PT/RPT will float across assisted living, independent living, and memory care settings, delivering comprehensive therapy services and collaborating with rehab and nursing staff.
Candidates must hold a Maine Physical Therapy license or be eligible, demonstrate strong documentation skills in Outlook/Word/Excel, and be flexible with hours.
