Associate Technical Training Analyst (On-Site)
This is a frontline training and coaching position embedded with Patient Access teams at Midcoast and Lincoln. The Associate Technical Analyst serves as an In Department Trainer, spending most of the time on the floor onboarding new hires, delivering small-group refreshers, and providing side-by-side coaching on Epic registration/scheduling and standard Patient Access workflows. The role supports go-live/upgrade readiness, partners with leaders on competency checks, and helps close workflow gaps through observation, feedback, and training.
Note:
This is not an IT analyst/build role. It’s a people-facing training role focused on performance, consistency, and patient experience.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. - License/
Certifications:
Certified in one or more application or other software certification/experience relevant to position required. - Experience:
Experience in a healthcare setting with experience in training and curriculum design preferred. - Additional Skills/Requirements

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $31.79 to $43.02 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
