Dead River Company is seeking motivated, career-driven graduates to join our Management Training Program.
Ideal candidates are recent graduates/ grads in May of 2026 of a 2-year technical or trade program or a 4-year college/university program who are ready to apply their education in a hands‑on operational leadership environment.

What You’ll Do:

• As a Manager Trainee, you’ll rotate through key departments to build a complete understanding of how our business operates:
  • Customer Service & Office Operations
  • Delivery & Logistics
  • Service & Field Operations
  • Credit & Financial Operations
• Assist senior leaders with budgeting and financial analysis
• Review performance metrics and operational reports
• Participate in marketing and customer experience initiatives
• Learn industry regulations and company policies
• Support fleet, facility, and operational improvement projects
• Take part in formal company‑sponsored leadership training

This is not a shadowing program — you’ll be actively involved in real business operations.

• Leadership experience (school, athletics, military, work, student organizations)

Education:

• Recent graduate of a 2-year technical/trade program or 4-year college/university
• Business, Operations, Logistics, Technical, or related majors preferred
