We are seeking a Sr. Manager of UX Design for our Corporate Payments vertical to lead and scale a high-performing design organization while helping shape the future of AI-enabled product development this role, you will oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle—from discovery and workflow creation to interaction design, prototyping, and production readiness—while partnering closely with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver seamless, scalable experiences.

We are seeking a design leader with expertise in fintech or payments software, who brings hands-on experience integrating modern generative AI tools—such as Cursor, Claude, Bolt, and Figma Make—into their daily workflow.
You understand how AI can accelerate design operations, improve collaboration between design and engineering, and transform the design-to-development pipeline while maintaining a strong human-centered design approach.
