We are seeking full‑time Production Operators located in Brunswick, ME.

- The pay rate for this role is $21.75 an hour to start
- $2.00 shift differential between 5:30 pm and 5:30 am

- Operate the equipment to achieve all key performance indicators across quality, safety, cost and customer service objectives
- Contribute to the safe and efficient manufacturing of advanced wound care products, from raw materials to finished goods
- Prepare and inspect materials and equipment while monitoring automated production equipment
- Follow cleanliness and hygiene practices and keep production areas clean
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing time and prioritizing workload
- Notify the team lead or supervisor promptly when quality, equipment or safety issues occur
- Follow Molnlycke’s global quality policy, good manufacturing practices, and GMP documentation standards
- Maintain good communication with team members and line management
- Exemplify a lean manufacturing mindset and apply lean principles to reduce waste
- Behave in line with Molnlycke core values and behavioral standards
- Participate in activities designed to improve production, quality and safety
- Pre‑employment physical, background check and at least two professional references
- Proven success working in a team‑based environment and ability to meet performance measures with minimal supervision
- Ability to make well‑reasoned decisions independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and organization skills
- Basic mechanical, mathematical and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Willingness to work overtime to meet production goals
- Over 75% of workdays spent walking or standing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform regular handling, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching and grasping
- Close vision and color vision required
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Experience in production, manufacturing or related environment preferred
This position’s functional demands require working around or near equipment that may be hazardous to individuals with pacemaker equipment.
