Pay and Benefits- Competitive Pay: Start at $35.00 per hour
- Shift Differential: Earn an extra $2.00 per hour for shifts between 5:30 PM and 5:30 AM
- Paid Breaks: Yes, paid breaks
- Primarily support our overnight shift from 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Some weekend days from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Occasional holidays
- Boiler Operations: Start and secure the boiler according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitoring: Check boiler status and document gauge readings every 2 hours
- System Checks: Visually inspect Air Compressors, RO Purified Water System, and N2 Gas system, reporting any anomalies
- Maintenance: Keep the Boiler Room clean and orderly
- Pre-Employment physical, drug screen and background check
- Proven success working in a team-based environment and ability to meet performance measures with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to make well-reasoned decisions both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and organization skills
- Basic mechanical, mathematical, and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
- Ability to work overtime, exceed production goals
- Over 75% of the workdays are spent walking or standing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle regular lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, reaching, and grasping
- Close vision and color vision are required
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Experience in production, manufacturing or related environment preferred, but not required
This position's functional demands require working around or near equipment that may be hazardous to individuals with pacemaker equipment.
