Woodhull is seeking a new team member to join our Millwork division. Our shop plays a critical role in bringing Woodhull's projects to life through custom cabinetry and architectural millwork that help define the quality and character of our work.

We are open to hiring at either the Apprentice Cabinetmaker or Experienced Cabinetmaker level, depending on experience, demonstrated skills, and readiness for the role. Our goal is not simply to fill a position. We are committed to finding the right fit and placing successful candidates where they can contribute, develop their skills, and succeed over the long term. For experienced candidates, this may mean joining our team as a Cabinetmaker and contributing independently to custom millwork production.
For others, this may mean starting as an Apprentice Cabinetmaker and learning the trade alongside experienced craftspeople. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in woodworking, carpentry, construction, manufacturing, boat building, furniture making, mechanical trades, trade schools, vocational programs, or other hands‑on environments. - Fabricating and assembling custom cabinetry and architectural millwork in a production shop environment
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings, cut lists, dimensions, and production documents
- Measuring, marking, cutting, sanding, drilling, and preparing materials for fabrication and assembly
- Operating woodworking tools and machinery such as table saws, planers, jointers, routers, sanders, edge banders, and other shop equipment
- Performing edge banding, material preparation, sanding, and other foundational production tasks that require patience, consistency, and attention to detail
- Supporting finishing operations through sanding, cleaning, material preparation, and finish mixing
- Conducting quality checks to verify dimensions, fit, finish, and overall workmanship
- Assisting with material handling, shop organization, receiving deliveries, and maintaining workflow throughout the shop
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and work spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition
- Working closely with teammates to solve problems, improve processes, and produce exceptional work

The actual hourly rate offered will depend on qualifications and role placement.
Apprentice Cabinetmaker: $18–$25 per hour estimated
Cabinetmaker: $25–$30 per hour estimated
