In this role, you'll build and cultivate relationships with donors, community members, and organizational leaders while helping develop and implement fundraising strategies that support Maine Health's mission. You'll identify opportunities for donor engagement, steward meaningful partnerships, support philanthropic initiatives and campaigns, and help connect donors with programs and services that are important to them.

Summary:The Manager of Philanthropy provides strategic leadership and execution of fundraising efforts. This role is responsible for cultivating a culture of philanthropy by building strong relationships with community members, physicians, employees, and prospective major gift donors.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Required:
Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in CRM/fundraising databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $per year.
Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
