You'll identify opportunities for donor engagement, steward meaningful partnerships, support philanthropic initiatives and campaigns, and help connect donors with programs and services that are important to them.

Summary:

The Manager of Philanthropy provides strategic leadership and execution of fundraising efforts. This role is responsible for cultivating a culture of philanthropy by building strong relationships with community members, physicians, employees, and prospective major gift donors.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or CFRE preferred.

Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, community relations, or the equivalent. Prior experience supervising fundraising or development professionals preferred. Experience in healthcare or higher education philanthropy preferred.

Additional Skills/Requirements

Required:

Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in CRM/fundraising databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The pay range for this position is $89,980.80to $per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
