Maine Health | Rockport & Brunswick, Maine

Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for advancing healthcare in your community? Maine Health is seeking Philanthropy Managers to join our fundraising teams in Rockport and Brunswick, Maine.

In this role, you'll build and cultivate relationships with donors, community members, and organizational leaders while helping develop and implement fundraising strategies that support Maine Health's mission. You'll identify opportunities for donor engagement, steward meaningful partnerships, support philanthropic initiatives and campaigns, and help connect donors with programs and services that are important to them.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience in fundraising, development, grants, sales, marketing, or relationship management
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Ability to build meaningful donor partnerships and inspire philanthropic support
  • Passion for improving the health and well-being of Maine communities
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or CFRE preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive experience in fundraising, community relations, or the equivalent. Must have experience managing a portfolio of donor and prospect relationships. Prior experience supervising fundraising or development professionals preferred. Experience in healthcare or higher education philanthropy preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements

    Required:

    Strong organizational and project management abilities. Proficient in CRM/fundraising databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
