This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience
For a limited time Maine Health is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!
• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
• Current Maine Health member employees are ineligible; former Maine Health Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary:
This is a Full-time, 36 hour/week, Day shift position.
Unit Bio:
The Registered Nurse - Clinical Educator role is responsible for the implementation of clinical and non-clinical education. Develops, coordinates, and implements continuing education and in-service education for all clinical departments.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing/BSN required. Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Certifications:
Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in direct patient care as normally acquired through a minimum of two years clinical experience and meets all the care delivery expectations of the expert clinical nurse within their clinical setting required. Experience in classroom instruction and/or clinical teaching associated with specialty specific setting preferred.
Knowledge of educational development and design preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.
The pay range for this position is $40.06 to $54.20 per hour.
Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
