Role Description

The Kitchen Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Brunswick, ME. The Kitchen Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high food quality standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety in compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include supervising food preparation and cooking, managing inventory and supplies, creating schedules, and training and mentoring kitchen staff. The Kitchen Manager is also responsible for collaborating with store management to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline kitchen processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and maintaining Food & Beverage standards
  • Experience in ensuring Food Quality and compliance with safety and sanitation practices
  • Skills in Culinary Management, including staff supervision and operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a food service or kitchen management role a must
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
