Flagship Retail Store Event Staff

L.L.Bean's Flagship Retail Store in Freeport, ME is hiring Event Staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences during in-store and outdoor events. In this role, you'll welcome guests, provide product and event information, assist with registrations and crowd flow, and support hands-on demos that showcase our gear and apparel. You'll help set up and break down event spaces, maintain clean, safe areas, and coordinate with retail and merchandising teams.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, upbeat, comfortable in fast-paced, seasonal environments, and eager to share a love for the outdoors with visitors from around the world.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers and event attendees with friendly, helpful service
• Provide product, event, and store information to guests and answer questions
• Support event setup and breakdown, including equipment, signage, and displays
• Assist with event registrations, check-in, and crowd flow management
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized event and retail areas
• Coordinate with retail, merchandising, and operations teams to execute events
