HVAC Service Technician

Join our HVAC Service Technician team in Brunswick, ME and contribute to delivering reliable heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to our customers.

• Diagnostic Expertise:
  Utilize comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems to diagnose and identify issues accurately, troubleshoot equipment, and propose effective solutions.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
  Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and heat pumps to ensure efficient operation and customer satisfaction.
• Installation and Upgrades:
  Collaborate with the installation team to set up new HVAC systems and components, following specifications and working with precision.
• Customer Communication:
  Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical information clearly and offering recommendations for optimal system performance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagnostics, repairs, maintenance schedules, and recommendations.

• Journeyman or Master Technician License.
• At least 1 year of relevant HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Appliance Connection and Service Endorsement.

• Valid driver’s license and a relatively clean driving record.
• Willing to work after hours and occasional weekends as necessary.
• Ability to sit, stand, and work for extended hours in all weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds independently.
• Able to operate basic hand and power tools.
