Temporary Warehouse Positions

L.L.Bean is hiring Temporary Warehouse Associates to support our busy retail and e commerce seasons. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise with accuracy and speed, helping ensure customers get the outdoor gear they love on time. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking shelves, operating basic warehouse equipment, and following safety and quality standards. You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, with varied shifts and opportunities to learn warehouse systems while contributing to a mission-driven, outdoor-focused brand.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently
• Unload trucks and move inventory to storage or processing areas
• Stock, organize, and replenish warehouse shelves and bins
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners
• Follow safety, quality, and inventory control procedures
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet shipping deadlines
