Warehouse Associate

L.L.Bean is hiring 3rd Shift Warehouse team members to support our retail and e commerce operations. In this overnight role, you'll receive, pick, pack, and ship outdoor apparel and gear with accuracy and care, using RF scanners, carts, and pallet jacks. You'll help maintain inventory, restock shelves, stage outbound orders, and keep work areas clean and safe while following OSHA and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and stock inbound merchandise and materials
• Pick, pack, and label customer and store orders accurately and on time
• Use RF scanners, carts, and pallet jacks to move and track inventory
• Load and unload trailers following safety and weight guidelines
• Maintain organized aisles, bins, and staging areas for efficient flow
• Follow OSHA and L.

• Bean safety procedures and use required PPEInspect products and packaging for accuracy and damage before shipment
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance standards for 3rd shift
