This is a hands‑on leadership role — perfect for someone who loves being part of the action on the floor while also helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Our Assistant Administrator is a true team player. You’ll support the Director with daily operations, help welcome and enroll new families, and float in classrooms to keep everything flowing smoothly.

✨ What You’ll Do
  • Support the Director
  • Assist with daily center operations
  • Help manage enrollment — tours, follow‑ups, and onboarding
  • Maintain licensing and child records
  • Support attendance tracking and Brightwheel updates
  • Communicate with families in a warm, professional manner
  • Help ensure classrooms are fully staffed and supported
  • Be Part Of the Classroom Team
  • Float between classrooms to maintain ratios
  • Support teachers during transitions and busy times
  • Step in when needed to ensure consistency and care
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
