Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Opener/Floater Teacher to join our Brunswick team! If you love working with children of all ages, enjoy variety in your day, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you!

As our Opener/Floater Teacher, you'll help ensure our center is ready for an amazing day by welcoming children and families, supporting classrooms throughout the center, and providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn and grow.

• 5:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Open the center and prepare classrooms for the day.
• Welcome children and families with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Float between infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms as needed.
• Support lead teachers with classroom activities, supervision, and daily routines.
• Create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Maintain accurate child supervision and classroom ratios.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, and other age-appropriate care.
• Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and licensing compliant.
• Work as a team to provide exceptional care for every child.

• Flexible and willing to work with children of all ages.
• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Professional with excellent communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a busy childcare environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass all required state background checks.
• Must meet Ohio childcare licensing requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently sit, bend, kneel, and get on the floor to interact with children.
