What You’ll DoAs an EFDA, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care while helping our doctors provide efficient, high-quality treatment.
Responsibilities include:- Placing restorations
- Applying sealants and fluoride treatments
- Assisting with restorative and operative procedures
- Providing exceptional chairside support during treatment
- Educating patients and parents on oral health and treatment plans
- Accurately documenting patient care and treatment
- Maintaining infection control and OSHA standards
- Collaborating with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
- Current EFDA certification
- Radiography/X-ray certification
- Strong restorative and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Passion for helping children feel comfortable and confident at the dentist
