- Monday-Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

At Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center, we believe preschool should be filled with curiosity, confidence, laughter, and learning! We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead Preschool Teacher to lead our second preschool classroom
, where you'll enjoy a small class size of just 9 children - giving you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide individualized learning experiences every day.

What You’ll Love About This Position- A cozy classroom with only 9 preschoolers

- Teaching early literacy, phonics, math, science, and social studies through fun, hands-on experiences.
- Helping children build confidence, independence, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Supporting social and emotional development by teaching kindness, friendship, teamwork, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution.
- Creating a classroom where children feel safe, encouraged, and excited to explore.
- Building strong partnerships with families through daily communication.
- Maintaining a clean, organized classroom while following Ohio licensing requirements.
- Has a positive, upbeat personality and brings energy into the classroom.
- Loves making learning exciting through games, stories, songs, and creative activities.
- Believes every child deserves patience, encouragement, and individualized attention.
- Enjoys celebrating big accomplishments and everyday victories.
- Is dependable, organized, and a great teammate.
- Wants to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CDA, Associate Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities.
