Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a School Psychologist. Two full-time roles are available—one focused on elementary-aged learners and the other serving high school students. Qualifications & Desired

Experience:

• Hold (or be eligible for) a valid School Psychologist certification
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience working in K-12 settings, with expertise in either elementary or high school populations preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to develop IEPs, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and facilitate positive behavioral supports
• Excellent communication and consultation abilities with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with special education law and best practices in assessment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and psycho educational evaluations for referred students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to identify and support students’ needs
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to promote students’ social, emotional, and behavioral wellness
• Guide crisis interventions and help create a positive school climate
• Serve as a resource on mental health and child development topics
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to school improvement initiatives
