Are you a night owl looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? Comfort Suites Brunswick is currently seeking for a dedicated individual to join us!
Position: Night Shift Team Member
Location: 1464 Town Center Blvd Brunswick ohio
Hours: 11pm - 7am Part time/full time
Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm smile and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with check in and check out procedures
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas
- Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the night
- Handle any guest concerns or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations during the night shift
- Excellent customer skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
