This is a full-time, on-site role located in Brunswick, OH for a Precision Construction Support Specialist. The position involves overseeing and supporting precision construction technologies, ensuring equipment optimization, and assisting customers with training and troubleshooting. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to deliver superior customer experience and maintaining detailed documentation for equipment performance, issues, and resolutions.

• Knowledge and experience in Construction and Architecture
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Inspection tasks
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and provide exceptional customer support
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting
• Relevant certifications or training in precision construction technologies are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
