Process Worker ~ Compounding Assistant

Compounding Assistant job at Baxter International Inc. Brunswick, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Brunswick Compounding Team on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for a team player with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Site operational hours: 06:54 am – 23:00 pm with multiple shifts available. The main purpose of this role is to support efficient and accurate production of Baxter’s compounded products.

Candidates who are looking to start their career in pharmaceuticals are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided, no prior experience is required.

• Picking and preparing raw materials
• Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products
• Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products.
• Labelling and dispatching of prepared products.
• Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
• Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Other duties as required

• Experience in healthcare, manufacturing or warehousing would be advantageous
• Demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics
• Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Be able to use computer systems
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals in a fast‑paced environment
• Have good attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Execute repetitive results in a consistent and accurate manner
• Provide assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols
• Adapt to shift work schedules as needed
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

Training/orientation will require flexibility for approximately one week with shift times ranging between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

• A pre‑employment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background and reference checks.
• Meet compliance and requirements for a mask fit test.
