• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
