We are seeking a dedicated full‑time Production Associate to join our team in Brunswick, OH.

• $20/hour
• Paid training and opportunities to progress to Production Technician
• Monday–Thursday shift (10 hour shift)

• Daily food processing, metal detection, packaging, and pallet building to meet quality standards and customer need‑by‑dates
• Suggest process changes and ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Complete daily sanitation in production and surrounding areas
• Maintain the production environment to ensure safe quality food is produced as directed
• Minimize the potential for cross contamination by strictly adhering to the Good Manufacturing Process policies in place

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Manufacturing (specifically food manufacturing) experience preferred
• Ability to pass and maintain a forklift certificate as required by OSHA
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operating and maintenance instructions
• Ability to perform accurate weigh‑outs, and basic math as it relates to production
• Adaptable to scheduled changes to meet customer demand
• Safety awareness
• Good and timely attendance
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 110 lbs. and pull/push up to 2,000 lbs. with a pallet jack
