• Assemble kits, binders, folders, and cartons
• Collate, label, and package materials with accuracy and care
• Follow clear written and verbal instructions
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Track work and complete basic documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Support your team and take pride in your work

• Basic computer skills (typing, scanning)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and occasional overtime

Compensation and benefits:
Paid Time Off starting at 2 weeks, increasing with tenure; 9 paid holidays annually;
Overtime pay (1.5x after 40 hours);
