PRN Experienced RN – Emergency Department

About This Role

As a PRN Experienced RN in the Emergency Department at Cleveland Clinic’s Brunswick Family Health Center, you will provide compassionate care to patients while ensuring their comfort and support during treatment. • Pay: $43.00/hour
• Location: Brunswick, OH
• Facility: Brunswick Family Health Center
• Department/Unit: Emergency Department
• Schedule: Per Diem, Variable shifts

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)
• Experience: 2 years of recent related nursing experience for external candidates;
  Internal candidates with less than 2 years may be considered with CNO level review and approval

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of employment
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year of employment
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) required upon hire or within 24 months
